Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ReD Market On. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return process is designed to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

 

Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and protective wrapping should be intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal care products, underwear, and swimwear may not be eligible for return unless they are unopened.

Please ensure that your item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. If the item was a gift, proof of purchase or an order number will also be required to process the return.

 

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email once the return is processed.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

If the item is found to be damaged, opened, or not in its original condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

 

Shipping Costs & Exchanges

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions on how to send your item back. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. If the original product is no longer in stock, you may opt for a store credit or a full refund instead.
